Metaphysical Power of Sound 5
Healing Power of Sound
Metaphysical Mind #87
Welcome to the final part of the 5-Part “Metaphysical Powers of Sound” Series. Part 5 of this series will be dedicated to the healing power of sound. If you are new to the Metaphysical Mind Ezine, or if you missed out on any of the last four issues of this ezine, you probably want to catch up on this series:

Part 2 (Metaphysics of Music parts 1 and 2)– http://www.whatismetaphysics.com/metaphysical-power-of-sound.html
Part 3 (Metaphysics of Music parts 3 and 4)– http://www.whatismetaphysics.com/metaphysical-powers-of-sound.html

Now let’s move on to the “Part Five: The Healing Power of Sound”. I would like to start off with a few important quotes…
To activate DNA and stimulate healing on the cellular level, one can simply use our species’ supreme expression of creative consciousness: words. While Western researchers clumsily cut and splice genes, Gariaev’s team developed sophisticated devices capable of influencing cellular metabolism through sound and light waves keyed to human language frequencies. Using this method, Gariaev proved that chromosomes damaged by X-rays, for instance, can be repaired. Moreover, this was accomplished noninvasively by simply applying vibration and language, or sound combined with intention, or words, to DNA.
Sound is an energy form generated by a vibrating body. Depending on its frequency, the human body will react to and perceive this energy in different ways. If the pitch is below the audible level and the amplitude is high, we may feel it although we do not hear it. If it is within the audible range, we will hear it and classifiy it according to our knowledge of sound. If the pitch is ultrasonic – above the audible range – we will not hear it but may experience unpleasant bodily reactions to what is known as White Sound.
— Renee Brodie
Since the human body is over seventy percent water and since sound travels five times more efficiently through water than through air, sound frequency stimulation directly into the body is a high efficient means for total body stimulation, especially at the cellular level. Direct stimulation of living cellular tissue using sound frequency vibration has shown a marked effect on cellular metabolism and therefore a possible mobilisation of a cellular healing response.

Now, on to the main event:
This informative video from youtuber artrias introduces the healing uses of sound and vibrational technologies for relaxation, healing the body, quieting the mind, and bringing about a change in human consciousness. Therapies explored include vocal toning, crystal practitioner bowls, sound vibration table and chair systems, and excerpts from a concert with a full set of crystal singing bowls. The host and co-producer, Gordon Rosenberg, is a long-time practitioner/teacher of Reiki, relaxation, sound healing and other vibrational practices. He’s conducted some 6000 individual energy sessions, researched and worked with sound as a healing medium since 1990, and played crystal bowls for group journeys for several years.
Finally, if you would like to personally experience the healing power of sound then I suggest you listen to this:
I know this Metaphysical Power of Sound Series contained a lot of video clips. But I felt that written text would never do justice to the untapped power of sound. If you truly made time to watch all the videos that were exposed to you, I want to sincerely congratulate you for completing the Metaphysical Power of Sound Series.
May you experience the healing power of sound throughout your life,
